The data of the record being viewed can be exported for further display or processing. Depending on the type of record two formats can be chosen from:

If the record contains raw signals, the data can be exported to either .wav or tab-delimited text format. The .wav format is preferred when dealing with a large quantity of data because it provides a smaller, more efficient storage. When exporting as .wav a separate file is created for every axis present in the record.
If the record contains raw signals, the data can also be exported to a tab-delimited text format that can be easily opened by spreadsheet applications such as Excel. In that case the user should be mindful of the quantity of points contained in the record. The text formatting can easily produce files of huge sizes.
If the record contains RMS levels or signal statistics the data can only be exported to a tab-delimited text format.
