Failure to communicate with the PC can also be caused by poor USB cable contacts. Make sure the USB connector is fully inserted into the socket of the NSRTW_mk2. Inspect the inside of the socket in the instrument. If dirt is lodged in the socket, use dry compressed air to expel it.

 

Make sure not to blow air at or near the microphone!
